The smartphone is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The OnePlus 12R may feature a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and OIS, an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it may sport a 16MP camera with an f/2.4 lens for taking selfies and making video calls.

The OnePlus 12R may pack a Li-Po 5,500mAh non-removable battery with a 100W superfast charger and a USB Type-C port.
